Shipping Options

Shipping options are designed to ensure that your product arrives at the peak of freshness. Due to our strict quality standards, we are not able to ship outside the United States, to P.O. boxes, or to APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Perishables:
Please note that all perishable items (Fresh and frozen truffles, frozen foie gras) must be shipped OVERNIGHT to ensure your product arrives in superb condition. If you do not choose overnight delivery when checking out, this will delay your order as we will have to contact you.

Shipping Times

In-stock items are usually shipped within 24 hours of receipt. Delays may occur due to weather, availability or other circumstances. In some cases, items ordered together are not necessarily shipped in the same box.

If an item is unavailable, we will call you or email you and let you know, offering suggestions of a possible substitution of an item that is in stock.

Overnight orders, including perishable, placed before 12:00 PM EST Monday thru Thursday will be shipped that day.

Overnight orders, including perishables, placed after 12:00 PM EST on Thursday will ship on Monday.

Saturday Delivery:
This service is available in limited areas for an additional fee. To see if your delivery area qualifies, contact us at customer@plantin.com to place your order.
